Stopped off at the Coles Lockers today (pictured above) in Windsor Vic and wanted to compare the improvement TZ will make on the current trial.
The old school (current) process.
- Order Online
- Wait until 4pm
- Arrive at the service station
- Find available park and turn off the car
- Line up in store
- Attendant processes your order and finds locker key
- Back to the lockers to Unlock with key
- Collect Groceries
- Drop key off in small box (located next to locker)
- Start Car and drive off
The TZ way.
- Order Online,
- Receive SMS or email to collect groceries
- Drive up to lockers (car still running)
- Key in code,
- Collect groceries
- Drive off.
Like Chalk and Cheese, I think we are onto another winner here!
I have never purchased groceries on line before, but I do pass a Coles Express on my way home. I will certainly use this service, when available. As long as I don't have to line up with people buying petrol and smokes!
