I personally like the fact that john is back as ceo during this correction in the real estate market. He has seen these before and will understand how to hold onto top performing agents and manage cost base as revenue takes a hit. The year after the IPO were not good and the company needs several solid years to attract more investors. the PE reflects both the market outlook and the reputation. the buy back was a good move to provide some stability in the downturn.
