The government has been interested in following the movement of money for the purpose of investment, trade, or business operations which is capital flow within their territories. Basic economics suggests that direct capital flows come from tax receipts into programs and operations and through trade with other nations and currencies.
I understand that capital flow occurs nearly at every scale and I came across a post that highlighted Top 10 CEX by Capital Inflow in this year 2nd quarter with Binance, Bitfinex, Bitget and Bybit coming top 4. ( https://x.com/CryptoRank_io/status/1809181019246903692 )but I'm intrigued to know how the capital inflow within the crypto Ecosystem is measured, and what the factors considered are.
