    Danish meatballs:

    Beat for about a minute:
    500 gm minced pork.

    Then add the following:
    1 diced onion.
    100 ml whole milk.
    A few splashes smoked tobasco sauce.


    ½ egg and a little flour or oats if desired.

    Make into tight balls.


    Cook.
