Swedish Meatballs and Gravy:
Make meat ball with the following:
500 gm ground beef.
250 gm ground pork if required rare use lamb in lieu of pork.
½ medium minced onion.
½ cup milk.
⅓ cup dry bread crumbs.
2 tablespoons cream.
2 tablpesoon finely chpped parsley.
2 tablespoons smoked or burnt butter.
1 large egg or rendered beef fat.
2 cloved pressed garlic.
¼ teaspoon salt.
½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
¼ teaspoon ground allspice.
Lightly fry.
Gravy Sauce:
Make sauce with the following:
⅓ cup salted burnt butter.
1 cup vegetable stock.
1 cup beef broth with some rendered beef fat.
1 cup cream.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoons wocestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
