Meat terrine
we will be have with beers and wine tonight!
In a saucepan cook
1/8 kg of pork chicken or duck liver
1 clove of garlic
4 juniper berries
Sage to taste
and blend in a blender
and add and mix the following
¼ kg of minced pork
¼ kg minced veal
50 gms of minced smoked bacon
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoons brandy
1/8 teaspoon ground mace or thyme other spices (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Put into heatproof ceramic or glass containers and bake for at least half an hour
Chill and serve!
