@Sweetsound I had meant to ask, what kind of sauce is this dish served in? it does look like a tomato-based sauce - paprika too? Interested! re joining a family: find yourself country cousins who still do the odd barbecue, run their own sheep - I have those, but haven't been down to the sea for a while - was sick during the early part of this year without realising - no energy - but all o.k. now. The beauty of these friends is that they are also educated and civilised - you don't often get that combination. Husband was not only a small-holder with amazing farming skills, but also a school teacher, an artist and is still a great reader (and drinker of red wine, which will be his undoing!
