Try different things and often seasonal - never the same. The sauce was mainly tomato based but to the tomatoes added a few carrots and a beetroot all ingredients fresh from the garden - putting all through a blender prior to cooking - then the obligatory smoked paprika and some chopped spinach with 2 scoops of sour cream.
I do miss both Sydney's sth/sth west and the Blue mountains with it's gardens autumn colors and spring flowers (and the Lithgow zigzag puffer) but can not ever see me living there again - perhaps the odd visit - prefer the more subdued style of living with less stress and more affordability. You're supposed to be baking - where is that cheesecake?
