Marinate the following:
500 gm pork chops or the like.
2 tablespoos soy
1 tablespoon rice wine.
½ teaspoon salt.
Deep fry barbecue or roast.
Make sauce in a small saucepan with the following:
3 tablespoons water.
1½ tablespoons tomato ketchup.
1½ tablespoons black vinegar.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce.
½ tablespoon plum sauce.
½ tablespoon chili ox sauce.
½ teaspoon sweet bean sauce or hoisin sauce.
1 pinch Chinese five-spice.
Liquid smoke of the like.
Tradiitional and original recipe.
