@watso I don't go in for 'cheap' in anything, in the end 'cheap' costs you your health.
Have recently made mince from scratch, and even the day-old burger from yesterday, tasted good today - like 'gourmet' food - all ready-bought mince in packets is slightly off, because so much of the meat's surface is exposed to air before it gets packaged and then it sits on display shelves, often for more than one day, - it always has a slight pong when you open it.
I feel I have had a win today (and yesterday) with my cooking, even though the cheesecake needs some tweaking - but is very tasty, just the same, am already planning another one this week!
But each to their own - as they say -
