Beef ribs:
Coat 3 kg beef ribs in 3 tablespoons eta bbq sauce.
Rub with the following:
1 tablespoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon seasoned salt.
1 tablespoons garlic powder.
Fry a foil package of wood chips until it smokes.
Roast at 85 c with foil package of wood chips until it reaches 65 c.
