    Sear lamb.

    Coat in mustard or eta barbecue sauce.


    Then in the following:
    Bread crumb.

    Pistachio.
    Parmesan cheese.
    Parsley.
    Garlic.
    Thyme.
    Rosemery.

    Smoke until it reaches 60 c in the charcoal webber.
