@Sweetsound sorry, another response - I have never made a Dobos Torte, seems very difficult with the glazed and crackly top surface on top to handle ? I have tried Eszterhazy Torte - must try again, this too, is a bit fussy with the many layers ?! but i love the top decoration on which one could cheat, make it from - say- cream cheese and liquid chocolate rather than a hard fondant glaze? My problem, I have to make it gluten-free for one of my daughters - but ground hazelnut flour mixed with glutenfree should work.

.... hungrige Ungarn in Ungarn (or: 'Ungarland') - I found them charming, the ladies demure and quiet (in Budapest) when I visited there last in the 1990s and was surprised that generally they are not very tall - my husband was 1.82m, his brother even a little taller. But this latest generation is taller everywhere, must be the good babyfood churned out by international companies and available world-wide.
