Not too good on tortes - my mother was. Have tried another one she used to make - it's called 'hatlapos' (six layered slice)- very moorish, a little fiddly but less so than making a torte. To make the top of the dobos is an art - not sure if I'd care to attempt but if I see a slice made I will jump in to buy one.
