In terms of your research to-date towards meats - most of the commentary I have read so far has typically been quite 'general' in nature and has not entered into specifics in any way - i.e. Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry et al - perhaps you have read to the contrary?
As such, out of the various (meat) categories that exist, which segment of meat are you most bullish on, and why?
In addition, where are you investing your money - on equities such as AAC and the like, or as being a farmer yourself ...are you then buying physical (heads of) stock?
