It would have to be Advent that would do that MMR is a pool listed company that is only able to invest in other companies at least this is my understanding of the matter may some one could enlighten me if the is correct.
The other thing about Pool Listed companies is that you do not pay any tax on the profit you make. The down side is you can't claim the losses. I don't see MMR making any losses on this venture at least IMO.
May be we should float the idea Advent Energy moves to take over Bounty. MMMMMM. Not a bad idea??
