Its not moved forward for 8 months now. They haven't raised a cent this entire year to move anything forward. They need funds to drill and unless and until then shareholders will be the losers. Hock and Ambrosini have no shares - they don't care if it makes it or not. Why would they. I can see why the article was written. It makes sense and we need the company to raise money not run it into the ground.
