When is the ASX and ASIC going to act and look at the statements being made by the board of MEC .
We keep on being told by MEC in ASX statements and in these posts
"We remind shareholders that in this period of transition the Company's directors have voluntarily reduced fees to $1 only"
but is this misleading or deceptive SH are told this ALL the time
have ALL directors fees been reduced to $1 or are shareholders being told the truth
The 2016 accounts showed that Directors fees accrual for Deborah Ambrosini was $127,047
but the directors fees accrual in the 2017 shows only $111,135 due to ambrosini
Was this magic or was this something to do with the $80 ooo that was paid in 2017 to Ambrosini
