I asked myself the same question when I read the acct. Took me a second to figure it out. Deborah A is also the CFO and the Company Sec which she deserved to be paid as this is a full time job with all the regulatory filings, etc..for a public company. This is low for a qualified CFO & ComSec. I can accept that. All the other Directors are doing it as a service to shareholders. But I would support Dir to be paid when situation improves as they are spending time on the company especially defending all the attacks of Breeze and his cronies and fund raising in this tough environment. I know they are working hard on this because I spoke to them during the last road show Just hope you are not one of them! Did Breeze do a road show for GBA and BPH? I must have miss out!

What you should demand is ASIC have a look at BPH and GBA. There are glaring problems there which will explode one day as Breeze blow himself up!
