It has cost the company a heap of money that they can’t afford, and bogged it down in bitter turmoil that it doesn’t need, wasting precious time and resources. The result is loss of focus for the company.
I believe the board needs to readjust its focus to priority one, PEP11, and place it top gear moving forward to achieve that objective and put aside all the infighting.
However, to do this, they must first meet with DB and humbly resolve all differences, otherwise the company will go down, together with all shareholders investments.

It appears to me Avco that the company stopped its statutory demand to have talks with Breeze and his associates which have failed due to a lack of response by the other parties. Maybe you should read the latest announcements before you post on this forum. It will ensure you know what is actually going on.
