Some time ago I posted a note on this forum, suggesting the directors negotiate with DB and try and resolve their differences. But instead they appear to have elected to fight him. Wrong move!
It has cost the company a heap of money that they can’t afford, and bogged it down in bitter turmoil that it doesn’t need, wasting precious time and resources. The result is loss of focus for the company.
I believe the board needs to readjust its focus to priority one, PEP11, and place it top gear moving forward to achieve that objective and put aside all the infighting.
However, to do this, they must first meet with DB and humbly resolve all differences, otherwise the company will go down, together with all shareholders investments.
