    - Top 20 hold a large chunk of the register
    - These holders are active promoters of the service (Pharmacists)
    - App looks well developed already
    - Support from a big provider (BUPA)
    - Present in 20-25% of pharmacies (room for growth)
    - 100,000 users to date (room for growth)
    - When scripts are ordered through app they take a cut (money for jam)
    - Improvements to include GP's to interact with the app
    - Service promotes safe and regulated adherence to prescription intake and procurement
