medallion signature guarantee for bnym - bip

Hi everyone.
This is my first post and Im not sure of the system.
Does anyone know how to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee in Australia (preferably Melbourne)
My Brookfield shares are effectively frozen until I get one as as far as I can make out they are not available in Australia. Even the Bank of NY in Melbourne would not do one.

The problem occurs because shares are in a company name and not an individuals name.

BNYM keep telling me that any US affiliated bank in Australia will do one but I have not found that to be true so far. Brookfield in Australia dont seem to know what to do either.

Any point lodging a complaint with ASIC about nondisclosure of critical information?

Any help would be appreciated
