I'm a huge supporter of the company however I feel slightly uneasy reading today that Medcann is now going to list separately and is looking for investors when CGB was supposed to acquire them.
Why has this happened. Futher I would like to note there seems to be rumors flying around in investors group that people are calling up Medcann directly and are being told that the relationship between the 2 companies wasn't in fact that great.

Why is Medcann now listening separately? And what do the BOD have to say about it?
