All we know is the buyback was to be completed in 12 months and the company can suspend or terminate at any time.
They pushed through a 10% placement capacity at the last GM which made me think the buyback was dead and buried, but it's great seeing @ejwalk on an outrageous pump so now I totally believe the buyback will suddenly start again...
