We have shares in AT! This week they made an Ann that reminds me of some ECT similarities. They Ann a jv with a tech that aims to replace lithium with common table salt in batteries. Obviously it will be massive if it goes from the current pilot stage onwards. The tech has taken 8 years to develop so far costing about $120m. They own their land in Germany for the proposed commercial demo. ECT is also taking something near worthless & making it valuable. ECT have taken about 13 years, ~$100m & own their land for LV demo.

So many of the disgruntled posters/holders past & present here on ECT thread have near zero idea of what's required to commercialise a technology. However, it truly is approaching crunch time for ECT.

Chief Engineer Ashley Moore commented:

“We’re pleased to report that after several months of dry commissioning, we achieved an outstanding pellet result from our first wet commissioning run through the entire primary processing system. The sample pellets taken from this commissioning run have dried to a hard, dense state, in line with desired product specifications, which is a tremendous early win that allows us to proceed with the commissioning of the conditioning system and from there into Phase 2 development.”

ECT Managing Director Glenn Fozard commented:

“Once installed, the process will be the largest hydrogen production capability from lignite. Add to that the largest demonstration of low emission electricity from lignite syngas, and we have a site of national significance. ECT shareholders and GrapheneX should be proud of this proposed development, and the facility’s national profile will support increased industry and government interest.”

August 31 announcement:

"The feasibility study is ongoing, with the outcomes of the COLDry demonstration project at Bacchus Marsh intended to inform the engineering, investment decision and timeframe of the Yallourn project."

Late November AGM? Voting on anything Coldry outcome related....?

Feb 17 option expiry. LV plant financing?

ECTs future viability is riding on the Coldry wet commissioning outcomes. Can't be far away now.
