The media leak issue sucks and I whilst it didn't affect the market due to the halt I still feel something needs to be done about that kind of thing. I would be looking at an insto leek there rather than the company.

In regards to the raise, while it wasn't in most investors playbook, it is what it is now. I would also suggest the possibility that PAR go thrown a curveball by the FDA in the post meeting minutes/notes. Thus the initial halt to interpret them and then the realisation that a cap raise was needed to fulfill the extra requirements.

This can be a much slower game than many give it credit for however I feel there are a bunch of positives in the announcements (the Bene moat) and a clear path forward to potential commercialisation. We also still have approval in Australia ahead of us.
