You mean .002 ? Yes, I believe that that is a potential target if the Indians decide not to return calls. Should that happen then I believe the company will need to pull a big rabbit out of the hat. I'm sure they have one and my guess is that it will be hydrogen inflated ... a massive inflatable rabbit like no other rabbit ever seen anywhere else in the world before. Ever! It should send the SP to the moon.
