    Poor journalism or actual mistakes in the filing?
    Why does the article reintroduce the terminology MOU as opposed to the filed MPA?
    Why does the article make a statement regarding the Board Meeting for the 28th where the MOU will be finally considered?
    Where is the filed reference to 24 May?
    Where is the truth? Is it out there Scully?
