It helps overcome a lingering concern that I have had for some time: I was beginning to suspect that all the eggs were in the MATMOR basket, and that the contemplated project only involved COLDRY as a necessary prerequisite with no intrinsic value of its own.

I thought I sensed a theme in the ECT announcement yesterday that perhaps COLDRY had sustainable value on its own even if MATMOR flops and does not scale.

This release from the Indian side shows that they do value COLDRY sans MATMOR.

I am reassured that we do indeed have two irons in the fire.
