Looks like Allegro's Sr-HT-Gahnite and kangaroo tendon product is getting some media traction:
disallowed/lifestyle/health-and-wellness/kangaroos-could-be-the-key-to-getting-players-like-alex-johnson-back-to-full-health-20180809-p4zwig.html
interesting that SMH article makes no mention of the company behind this though, focusing instead of the University of Sydney...
Kangaroo tendon is significantly stronger and longer than other sources (porcine in US or autogenic/allogenic), with it being uniquely abundant in Australia. It seems like the trial's main study will be on how they deal with the immunologic responses, and if any manufacturing treatment (e.g. cell removal) will affect the strength of the kangaroo tendon. Not sure if AMT will benefit solely from the Sr-Ht-Gahnite sales or also the tendon sales at this point in time. Nonetheless, a very interesting product solving a crucial with a large market attached to it!
AMT's stock price us drifted down on very low volumes, but the order book has baleen building up to around 10c. Potential for a boom when bigger players come in on this promising product, but doesnt seem to be any indiciations of amy just yet.
