HB I can’t think of a reason people visit the project just after a huge cr- after the fact. Usually these are made before and not after. The only reason I can’t think of is they’ll use the visit as a platform to upramp the sp to facilitate exit to some of their clients. But it’s just my guess, and I guess it’s a good guess if you use guess 4 times in one sentence in this case lol. In the next few days expect a broker valuation
