Yes it is hard to work out the exact amount of shares that GTG have. From a Top 20 ann last year it appears there were 260mill ordinary, 116mill in escrow, and 58mill options in escrow exerciseable at 20c per share.
Since then it appears that 98mill have been released from escrow, although these do not seem to appear in sanford detail. Don't know what happened to the rest as these were to expire end of 2002. Maybe they need to release a new top 20. From the old Top 20 it appears that 70% of stock was held by Top 20, which is a rather large amount.
