This is the Brave New world. Our tech is great but it is orwellian and I believe there exists a reluctance to embrace it. This isn't due to our tech being terrible or hard to sell but a reluctance to take the plunge into the unknown. Lockport is s perfect example. People will say it's because our Sales force is bad or our tech isn't compelling. It's delayed due to fears of privacy related issues and the embedded fear of everything presented in 1984.
