From another point of view - I think it's pretty clear from their announcements what they are actually doing - don't need a website for it. At this point in the companies development, a website would be a bit of a waste of money IMO.
The other fact that it's a media company is not a laziness thing as you suggest, it's due to the fact that the ASX would not allow this status to be updated prior to the SGM the other day. If you read the posts you would know the company is changing name to Queensland Uranium, and at the time will have it's status updated.
That said - horrible week - time for a rise IMO
