"Dominate" is not a good word

I wonder if the ACCC will react that way to the STO grab for ESG

STO unfortunately is too dominant - see the ACCC ruling on QGC and fast forward to now when in-state gas will become more important with the carbon tax and LNG exports

Maybe the MEL can be an in-state competitor to STO along with AGK and its CSG in the outer suburbs
