Tesla's has sercured an Offtake Agreement in the past with kidman resources so he dose have the time to deal with miners.

Did EM know what he was getting into, though? Also, since WES has apparently written off that purchase and mine development for the moment (not a finance background, so not sure how that works), does that mean the agreement is invalid?

And, don't forget, Tesla is not the only one worried about supply. VW also said something, and I think their recent agreement w/ Weihua is about the million mile battery.

What does this mean for the VS and negotiations period? EM tweet indicates no SS agreement yet. So is SS negotiating with them now?

So many possibilities re what's on the table.
