Looks like it might be tough luck for those hoping to buy more (or back in) at $1.70. Well it at least appears it wont fall back there based on the placement (though it might for other factors, e.g. marketwide falls).
An SPP to us little guys probably would have however - as many would just replace their existing holding at $1.70 and sell the equivilant amount at anything above $1.70.
It at least seems like the big boys that were allowed a buy in at $1.70 are not just in it for a quick buck.
And sentiment is good about the Angioblast acquistion (as it should be!).
Looks like it might be tough luck for those hoping to buy more...
