No, that is not actually correct. What I personally feel is that if say BMN has a positive BFS & gets mining approval ... the market will chase it irrespective of the 20% scenario remaining the same.
Make no mistake though, if some large group announce they have acquired the 20%, then the market will jump on BMN as a possible takeover target.
I am happy either way, because the 20% status quo will soon be gone!! Upon positive BFS & decision to mine, the 20% owners will have to decide! Sell back to BMN, sell to a third party, or stump up 20% of capital costs .... we know they cant do the latter, so it will be "game on"!!
I still cant believe I am able to buy BMN in the 40's!!!
