Here is a bit of what it said :
"The outlook for Phosphagenics is bullish, with a number of nutraceuticals on the market to assist in financing their other products. Posphagenics recently raised $5.5 million which would mean the company is unlikely to dilute shareholders by raising funds in the near future. With the recent increased interest in biotech stocks led by stunning gains by Mesoblast and Prima Biomed, Phosphagenics are every chance to be the next biotech to be re-rated."
