Joe, As I said previously, the owner set a precedent signing four times to give AUC drilling access, the WA government strengthened surface rights a few months ago, the change of lawyers was because he was going nowhere with the previous lot who did not have a good handle on WA mining law.
The new lawyers are well versed and in essence the perpetrator is on a hiding to nothing to get his original cash grab once he realised there was “Gold in them thar hills” and as I understand the current situation, the new lawyers will have common sense and I am extremely confident there will be a fair compensation paid and this will end up a good outcome for AUC and the shareholders in the process.
