What it tells me though is that the BFS will be completed and regardless of what happens with the port and rail, Mitsubishi will have to pay the big cheque.

I was extremely happy with that news. Opportunities don't come around this often when there is so much uncertainty in the market and SP suffering, but the core fundamentals are that the market cap has to multiply because of events that will happen.
