I won't be surprised if it trades quite a bit more and quite a bit higher as they get closer. Potential here is big.

At some point I can see the HPA prospect split off like VTX was or sold to add cash to the coffers. It just doesn't fit with the current prospects. I'm told its quite a valuable asset.
