More important things happening in Malaysia where Lynas has made a number of concessions to Yeo and clearly outlined a path forward where she can claim a considerable "victory" in changing the Lynas business practice in Malaysia.
She now has the opportunity to reverse her recommendation to Cabinet AND claim a victory to her followers, only requires a little common sense to accept an approved offsite PDF for WLP, and ongoing R&D for reuse, as per the Govt's review committee recommendations last November.
Clearly Malaysia & Yeo have a good deal more important issues to focus on the 6bq NORM residues, Lynas have worked hard to provide the platform for her to move forward, with some integrity.
IMO this is shaping towards a resolution shortly. Note the AELB has apparently just concluded a satisfactory inspection as part of the "regular" process of license renewal.
