Malaysia doesn't have the right to approve a hundreds of millions of dollars investment in their country and then change the rules. Lynas does have legal recourse which if exercised will kill billions of dollars of investment in Malaysia. Scare tactics work on the uneducated but not international courts. Lynas will expand its operations in business friendly nations that recognize the value and safety of its operations. The people of Malaysia will be the losers.
