media negitive why?

Just a thought:

We are all curious as to WHY Coldry isnt attracting worldwide media attention. Isnt the world interested in reducing emissions? It seems surreal that a commercial tech like Coldry (let alone Matmor) could be hung out to dry as it is.

WHY?

I/we have seen myriads of news articles over the last year that refer to "clean coal techs"...techs that refer to ALL aspects of clean coal except brown coal drying...again we wonder:

WHY?

Why is brown coal drying never mensioned anywhere in the media? It raises questions about coal drying's future. Is it perceived as TOO big an issue to solve...like CCS? The lignite issue is huge if worldwide emissions are to be seriously reduced.

The penny has dropped for me - and as usual its something very simple.

At present there is NO COMMERCIAL BROWN COAL DRYING tech anywhere on earth that the media/ lignite burners can latch onto....yet

Therefore the media "have to" presently run with the conventional "CCS etc" line. So at present the mystical possibility of a commercial coal drying solution is nonexistent. Therefore lignite drying is a dead issue.

Its a worldwide issue - not just us "paranoid" ESI holders - lignite drying techs are/were on the nose.

Even in VIC - all we hear about in the media is the prospects of CTL, Urea etc...Exergen got canned...lignite drying was/is on the media backburner.

Think about it...LV has the 2nd largest lignite reserve - 33 Bill tonnes - the Vic govt alone has spent $400 mill over the last 20 years trying to solve the "b/coal drying" dilemna. Thats how valuable this resource is/was (even in "non-climate change eras)

They failed. And that failure is/has been propagated worldwide. Govts, lignite producers/burners etc have/had all given up hope of a lignite drying solution.

Hence the total lack of media attention to drying. They thought/think - the ONLY solution is CCS.

So, when Coldry suddenly "appears to be commercial" - naturally it raises limited/initial attention/scepticism....

But the key issue for ESI s/holders is the time needed to extract value from Coldry.

Indeed - Coldry is game changing tech - and it will take time to get traction. Obviously the only way to get traction is to prove it - which the Tincom FS will likely do. Only then will the media incorporate "lignite drying" into the "clean coal" subject as problem solved.

There are lot of techs out there trying to be the numero uno of lignite drying - Coldry is shaping up well...Poland says it all.

Obviously, we are all distressed about the sp. The only way this coy is going to dig themselves out of the microcap mud (manipulation) is by proving themselves - tech and management.

ESI need instos - simple. Instos need credibility.

For credibility - ECT need to deliver Tincom FS.

Can management deliver? Given the fact that Kos (eventually) delivered the LYP deal - personally, I think he will deliver the Tincom FS kickoff.

Then it will be truly - game on...the media should be more confident to promote the Coldry story.

Revolutions take time...and Tet in this case.

BTW - RWE (German) were touted as the solution a while back - Poland is just over the border and they chose Coldry.
