I don’t think any office worker or many are gagging to get back to the office after WFH for the past two years

I certainly aren’t

so will be interesting to see how much money businesses are prepared to spend

as for Covid going away Israel had over 11,000 cases the other day and they are the leading country of double vax - so no it’s going no where
