Regarding your question - if greater majority of patients are covered by insurance wouldn't we want the agreed price to be as high as possible? - as I've stated before, the higher the drug is priced, the greater the pushback you can expect from reimbursers. Hence, very high pricing would probably mean that fewer girls would get access and I would expect that the application process would be more difficult and more drawn out.
