Hopefully, this story will unfold to its rightful conclusion. My heart tells me (1000%?) that it must be approved, but my head brings me back to reality and lowers that back to somewhere under its possible limit.
Heart is for the Rett Community and Trof's undeniably demonstrated results. Head has to take into account the FDA who (I feel) are governed by politics, dogma and ideology, in addition to their proper role of assessing scientific data purely on its merits.
