All companies have a element of risk. I disagree that BAL's SP has just gone up because of hype and emotion. Their profitable, paying a dividend and slowly is setting the foundation for continuous growth. The PE has fallen under 100 now with the 1st half NPAT. I do agree with you that the SP did get ahead of its value. But if BAL's profit is growing by over 100%, shouldn't that justify a high PE? Currently sentiment and slowing economy in China is having more of an impact that hype and emotion.
